Hi Aleix and Jim,
Have you tried to delete the web server cache in the data-folder under domino\cache\ and then restart the server? This web server cache is only used for versions prior to R5 and the only purpose in R5 and ND6 are to take up hard drive space (and in some cases crash the server every 60 minutes). The cache settings can be found in the server document under Domino Web Engine and Disc Cache for Images.
According to an internal document at Lotus Support this is a possible cause for server crashes after 60 minutes uptime.
I hope this helps you because it helped me and btw thank god (or Al Zollar) for the fault recovery feature.
